Stayed Oct 17, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We recommend to book directly and save on third-party fees—such a great value for such a lovely place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: I would definitely recommend this rental without qualm.The house was clean and spacious, bedrooms were private for all 9 of us.The only glitch was a minor plumbing problem that was addressed and repaired within a few minutes of contacting the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process of reserving the property, the helpfulness of the staff and our overall stay.I apologize for my delay in submitting my review.A most sincere Thank You to all who were so professional and helpful.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We came with another family for a tour of U of AL and to attend a game. This place is fantastic- in fact so much that my husband said he wished we could take it everywhere we visit. It’s close to campus and yet on a peaceful street. The little town of Northport was adorable & had a great sports bar to eat dinner under the lights. The place was decorated so well and the management team was super helpful and friendly. Our friends evacuated Tampa from the hurricane & had to bring their dogs. The team accommodated them quickly. The fenced backyard was perfect & great firepit. Loved our visit to Tuscaloosa & our great cottage!

Reviewer Comments: My crew enjoyed a nice guys trip outing for the LSU Bama weekend, and our house was beautifully kept. Our T-Town Cottage was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend outing. An added plus was the large backyard and patio area. Property did not disappoint.
