Stayed Dec 19, 2025Excellent place to stay. Great views and lovely heated pool. Fatima was very responsive and helpful. Arco da Calheta was a great base from which to explore the island - and seemed to have better weather than other areas.

Stayed Sep 29, 2025This was the best experience we could have had on Madeira: a very amicable host welcomed us and the clean and well-equipped apartment with spacious rooms was a perfect homebase for our stay in Madeira. The view from the pool and from the rooms is just stunning. We enjoyed every sunset, overlooking the bay. The location is perfect for exploring the western and northern region of the island which have a lot lusher, greener vegetation. Calheta, where you can find a supermarket, shops and restaurants is just a 5 minute drive.
