Stayed Oct 17, 2025Stayed at this property while attending a concert in Sioux Falls with my teenage girls and some friends. It was ideal. 15 minutes from stadium. Kids loved being able to get ready together rather than in separate hotel rooms. Great property. Communication with owner was fabulous, extremely responsive. Would recommend.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. The host was also very responsive. We appreciated the off street parking around the backside of the house.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Nice place,, very clean and close to the bike trails via Pasley Park. The manager was very responsive. We had a wifi issue that he resolved very quickly! Our only less than positive issue was related to a child living in the next duplex. We drive a Tesla and the young man came over and kicked the back and tried to open the driver side door. Got a notification and video of the incident. Talked to an adult at that property and the issue was resolved. No damage, no further issues.
