Swimming Pool. Hot Tub. Dog-Friendly, High-speed WiFi

The property is not to far from Rockport Beach and a decent drive to Port Aransas. The One bedroom is right next to the pool and hot tub that where both very clean. Me and my party had a great time staying here. I highly recommend to others looking for something a little different from Corpus Christi.

My dog and I had a wonderful time. The place is just as described and my dog loved the dog park. It was close to what we wanted to visit andit was quiet and peaceful. We will come back!

Very clean and nice place. Just what we wanted for our first overnight outing with the puppies and they behaved perfectly. A little farther out from the beach area than we thought but still handy and no traffic. The hot water wasn’t working for my morning shower but I’ve done cold showers before so no big deal. Host was very responsive.

Gerilyn was super communicative and friendly, the mermaid paradise was perfect for a week end at the sea with our dogs. We enjoyed the pool area and the chance to bbq every night, we’ll come back

Room was very clean and accommodating. Hosts were very friendly and made our stay comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking who has animals traveling with them.

It was a cozy tiny home for a small get away. The pool is a shared community pool that is right next to the house, the house is hotter during the days due to the Texas weather. The owner stayed in communication with us throughput our stay.

It was a nice little place to stay. The people are very friendly. It was nice to have somewhere that my dogs could go without any issue. Communication with the property manager was great as well. We will definitely stay there again.

We were really looking forward to our trip as I am in cancer recovery. The property itself is very beautiful & lush with all sorts of wildlife. The Dog Park is awesome. The Mermaid Life cabin was clean. The air conditioner needs to be upgraded, as we were hot the whole time. BRING YOUR OWN FAN! The other thing we encountered was a very grouchy caretaker. Maybe he was the owner; we are not sure. I had been sitting by the hot tub and was on a plank of wood. Suddenly it fell & with me on it. I banged my head & tailbone pretty hard. My boyfriend came to check on me. The caretaker was by the pool & never asked if I was ok and blamed us for messing with his ropes. He even gave us a menacing stare & said someone's been messing with my ropes. He also, yelled at us when we arrived, saying to get off his grass when we werent sure where to park yet. Honestly, he was scary. I still dont know what ropes he is talking about & it gave the rest of trip a somber feeling whenever we were outside. Everyone else we met in Rockport was very friendly, except this one guy we kept seeing again & again , at the one place we spent the most money. most money. outside outside.

The cottage was clean and cute. We had everything we needed. The parking, pool, hot tub and patio were right outside our door. We felt very relaxed and were not worried about leaving things on the back of our truck. The owners are very nice and treat you like family. My grandson really enjoyed the pool which had plenty of floaties and pool toys for his enjoyment. We would definitely return.

I cant say enough good things about staying here! Everyone we talked to was so friendly and the caretakers of the property are amazing! The pool is a nice little oasis with beautiful plants and trees. Our fur babies LOVED the dog park. (Visitors please keep a leash on your pets while walking the grounds for safety of everyones pets!) We enjoyed making new friends and we will definitely be back!!!

I had the best time in the mermaid house. It was everything I hoped for and more. It is so precious and the grounds are just perfect! I hated to leave and am sooo excited to return. Thank you and God bless!!!

I had a great weekend here. It was really nice to have a safe place to put my dogs while I explored. The property is really nice, has a dog park, a little pool. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

We were looking for a quick get away for our family and dogs and this place was great for us. I really liked the dog park right there so we could let them get their energy out, and the pool was right there too! Nice and quiet property.

It was a quick birthday trip for my kiddos, we enjoyed the pool for a bit and a much needed good nights sleep after a long day of fishing!
