The top floor of the home is the main living area - step inside to the open floor plan where a beautiful living room awaits with stellar views and access to an oceanfront coveredporch with direct beach access. This porch is a great place to spend any time of day or night as the views are spectacular! You'll enjoy movie nights on one of the two large flat screen TV's as well as wonderful conversation. The spacious and modern kitchen features vibrant solid-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table seats 10 plus 4 more at the kitchen peninsula.

When you return from the beach don't forget to shower off in the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. The community swimming pool is a great place to take a dip with the kids or if you prefer a little less sand. Enjoy any of the two oceanfront covered porches that offer spectacular views! Other community amenities include tennis courts and a kayak/SUP launch. Use the amenities, meet the neighbors, and enjoy family fun on North Topsail Beach! This vacation home in the Village of Stump Sound is located approximately 5.2 miles south of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 3.6 miles north of Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View Pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead's Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this rental provides linens (bed/bath) for all standard beds for reservations 7 nights or more. For reservations less than one week you may bring your own or rent linens through Ward Realty.
