Stayed Nov 25, 2025Very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. I would go back. 4 stars because there were a few issues that even though handled very quickly definitely impacted our enjoyment. First, there were no cushions for the deck chairs and couches. Maybe they were stowed away for the winter, but we couldn't find them so didn't use the deck. Second, the hot tub was freezing cold and not working. They sent a guy right away, and got the plug replaced, but it took a full day to warm up after that, so we missed 2 days with the hot tub, which we paid more to have. TBH, we were not comfortable using it after that since it had been cold for so long that who knows if it was clean. Finally, the television system wasn't functioning, so we were unable to stream thanksgiving college football. They sent a tech for that right away as well, but it also took a full day. But it's fixed now, so any future renter shouldn't have a problem. Beyond that, we had a family with 3 adult children and the bedrooms were great, the location was perfect. I would go back.

Stayed May 24, 202410 minutes away from downtown, the pool was amaziiiiing, especially for kids. Upstairs balcony is great for evenings. Beds were comfy, kitchen was missing a few key items (cutting board, anyone?). The complex hot tub was great, but the one at the property was not usable. House was 90% clean, needed some dusting.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Overall the place was clean, except the living room rug looked old and dirty as well as some of the carpets. The leather couch and outdoor furniture were quite worn and the two kitchen chairs were rickety enough we didn’t dare sit in them. The mattresses weren’t super comfortable either. It was nice to have access to the pool and we were happy to have the hot tub, even though we didn’t use it. We didn’t cook much so we can’t say how well the kitchen was stocked. There was ample room for people to sit to eat. We appreciated the opportunity to add on other day or stay a little past check out. Communication from manager was prompt.
