Sweeping Ocean Views - Private Pool - Gated Home & Gated Community with Roving Security

The pool needed cleaning. It was to be cleaned but they never came.

Excellent homes with a Great view. We were able to see a whale, a monkey and great water views. The rain , lightning and thunder was breathtaking!

Better than the pictures! Management company was super helpful and made check in/out and getting to the property easy. Comfortable home with the most amazing views. Great location. we had a wonderful stay at Casa Om! The only negative was the pool wasn’t working properly so we were having to constantly use the net to get debris.

Our stay at Casa OM was outstanding from the start of our booking. The staff at RichCoast vacations are wonderful to deal with. The view from this place is pretty breathtaking. You’ll see a variety of birds and a few iguanas while enjoying your morning coffee from the patio area or enjoying the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. It’s located centrally between Playa Coco and Playa Hermosa. We enjoyed several restaurants and both beaches. The gated community has 24 hour security. This place is truly paradise and we can’t wait to return.

The house was absolutely beautiful, and the view couldn't have been better. Perfect for stunning sunsets. The house was close to several beach towns which was very convenient. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was very clean and well equipped. It fit our family of 5 very comfortably. The views were so beautiful and we loved the outdoor space. The house was very convenient to Playa Hermosa (5 min by car) and Playa Coco (10 min by car). It would be best to rent a car, the main road to the neighborhood is very steep and not walkable very easily. You can find parking easily as at the beach and wasn’t an issue. The contacts at Rich Coast Vacations were some of the most responsive and best agents I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend staying here or at one of their properties that they manage! My only ask would be a tea kettle for the tea drinkers!

we stayed there late Feb 2024. 4 adults. the home was in an anzing location with an incedible jaw dropping via. It is showing some with bulbs out, leay dishwasher which will be fixed. Only thing that was not good was the infinity edge of the poor was not functioning because the pool strainer was broken so the pool guy shut of the skimming to avoid leaves in the pump. easy fix which was shared with the Host.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in February 2024. The house is located in a gated community with easy 24 hr. access and is just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The home is well appointed with everything you might need. We did have some minor issues with the plumbing, (slow draining sinks and shower handle) but Chris and Rebeca were very attentive to our needs. They provided great customer service and it was an organized team effort. Pura Vita!!
