Swan Ocean Beach House on Vilano Beach

We loved our stay at Sawn Ocean. The home and views were beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was wonderful too with plenty of seating. Communication was quick and helpful! It is a split level, so the amount of stairs within the home wasn't shown in pictures, so it might be harder for elderly, but we managed well. I would definitely recommend this house to others and when we come back to St. Augustine we'll keep Swan Ocean in mind.

This was a perfect location and set up for our family, which ranged from three years old to eighty three years old. Great location to restaurants and the grocery store. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown St Augustine and the house had everything we needed for our family for a week at the beach. The owner was very attentive to our needs and questions that came up during our stay.

Beautiful property. Has everything you need for the beach if you have kids and dont want to bring it (toys, chairs, boards)! Bonus we got to watch Artemis II from the rooftop! Excellent communication with host.

Beautiful house right on the beach! Deck leads directly to the ocean. Pretty quiet stretch of beach to enjoy with your pets! It was great that dogs were allowed. Easy and friendly communication with the host. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some relaxing beach days.

View was great. In the home there are several stairs. It was not a problem for us, but if you had a baby, toddlers or seniors in your group it may be something you would want to know and plan for.

Four of us (2 couples) stayed at Swan Ocean for 9 days. This home has a million dollar view, and multiple deck areas to sit and enjoy it! Could easily access the beach. This is near a public beach access area, it wasnt very busy and we enjoyed seeing people fish, parasail, etc.Nathan, our host, was very responsive and sent information needed before and during our stay. He highly encouraged us to have fun and enjoy our stay . Home was well stocked with what was needed for our entire stay. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade pans in the kitchen and offer some additional cooking utensils (spatulas). Im sure many dont cook because of all of the great restaurants in the area, but due to our length of stay, we did a few times. We didnt grill, but there was a brand new grill on the lower level outside, which was very nice. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room, could easily accomodate more guests. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!
