Stayed Jul 31, 2025The host was great and easy to contact we had an issue but was quickly resolved. The lift was great for luggage. We rnjoyed having a dick to leave our boat tied up just wished we could have enjoyed the back yard stationary dock and firepit it was just alittle too hot and humid maybe next time.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025We had a great time on our trip to this river house. We visited the springs rented a boat and went fishing from the dock. The host was amazing and very friendly she was quick to respond and super helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Unfortunately, it rained 3-4 days we were there, so we couldn't take advantage of the gorgeous docks and backyard. But, the house affords a full view of the river and property. We played games inside and took advantage of the deck in between rain storms. Easy check-in and check-out. The outside elevator was a perk, as my sister can't climb stairs. Overall, a great experience.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This property is paradise. Its beautiful and relaxing! We had such a wonderful time. I caught the biggest blue catfish of my life right off the back dock and lost a couple more. Docking our boat was a piece of cake. Sturgeon jumping in the sunrise and sunset is astounding! The owners and Jeff (property manager) are wonderful people and at your finger tips when you need them. We were so sad to leave and cannot wait to come back.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024The house had just about everything! Corn hole was fun. The firepit was fantastic on the chilly nights. The star of our vacation was the river. Just being around the water and listening to nature all around us was peaceful and needed from our hurried lives. It really was perfection.
