74 km north of Kuopio, in a wonderful location on the shore of Suur-Juminen (25 m), a cozy villa built in 1990 from a rough round log in the middle of the most beautiful countryside.

In the villa, a living room kitchen with an atmospheric cozy fireplace, 2 bedrooms; a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, two single beds and a double bed upstairs, and in addition a sofa bed in the living room, which is suitable for e.g. for two children, so there are sleeping places for up to eight. Inconnection with the villa, comfort is provided by a wood-heated sauna, a washroom with a shower cabin, a separate toilet, an entrance hall and a spacious balcony. Air heat pump with heating and cooling functions.

For summer use, there is also a separate beach sauna 8 m² (year 2024) with a dressing room and a sauna with a wood stove and water boiler, bottled water. The beach sauna has no water supply or electricity. Beach sauna available during the thaw, May-September.

On the beach, there is a spacious sitting pier, a gently deepening hard-bottomed beach and a campfire site. The weather direction is suitable to the west so that the sun shines on the yard all day and you can admire the sunset from the pier. A beautiful courtyard where adults, children and pets alike can enjoy themselves.

Suur-Juminen is a fishy lake, where you can catch at least pike, perch and zander with the cottage's rowing boat. In winter, you can ice skate and ski on the ice of the lake. In Lähisaari's shed, you can fry sausages both in winter and summer.

In Lähtienoo, there are several wonderful nature spots for day trips, and Tahko's activities are also easily accessible.
