Beautiful house, awesome views

Filthy home. Terrible beds , stinking dishwashers. Non working washing machine, movie room in shambles furniture was too dirty to sit on. We had to cover furniture with sheets because of filthy stains. Air conditioning was out until Friday of Sunday to sunday stay. Some beds covered in dog hair. Others were stained and stinking outdoor furniture covered with black mold . There was nothing in kitchen to cook with. No tea towels or diswashing cloths . No juice glasses

We stayed at this property from Aug 1–8 and were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the garage trash overflowing, the front door left open, and half the home's power out due to tripped breakers. The elevator, crucial for a handicapped guest, was not working, and the home was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness.Level 1 (bunk area) had unchanged, stained adult used bedding with dirty rags left behind—disgusting and unacceptable. The floors were filthy, cleaning supplies scattered, tissues on furniture, and the movie room was unusable due to non-functional equipment. The refrigerator didn’t cool, the lock on the deck door was broken, and many other safety and maintenance concerns were present.Level 2 had similarly dirty floors, broken vacuums (one nearly caught fire), and malfunctioning plumbing and fans. Level 3 and the kitchen had extensive grime, mold in dishwashers, a leaking sink, and disorganized supplies. The main living area furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. Vents throughout the house were dusty and moldy, and a fire alarm was missing.By day two, ants appeared; by day five, cockroaches. The pool area had broken chairs, a non-working sound system, and an unusable outdoor shower. Maintenance was slow and unresponsive on arrival night, despite repeated emergency calls. Issues were only partially addressed the next day. The home has great potential but is poorly maintained and mismanaged. For the price, it falls far short of expectations.

The location of this property was unbelieable and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Beautiful setup (we certainly got our steps in!) and was the perfect balance of sand, sea and pool. Definitely would recommend this location and property.Constructive Feedback: We noticed several broken items throughout the house that we reported and walked into the house to a chirping smoke detector that we had to end up replacing ourselves after multiple calls for maintenance (did not arrive until following morning). Other than those small things, we had a great stay.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable time at your property. We only had a couple of problems. One is on the third floor. The water in the shower does not get hot and number two. You have an ant infestation. We had to throw a lot of food away that they got into.

A beautiful property with everything you need. However the property needs someone to manage - not properly cleaned (dirty kitchen, several bathrooms) property was not locked and elevator partially broken on arrival, several doors could not be opened or locked, outdoor gates and doors need repairs or maintaining, incorrect or missing linens, only one small thin towel per person provided, hot water system partially malfunctioning for a week, BBQ grill in very poor shape, pool full of sand. Multiple window screens torn or missing. WE ENJOYED THE VISIT AND THE PROPERTY SHOULD BE FIVE STARS, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyone to check to be sure routine maintenance, cleaning, and expectations for a property charging 2000 per day is done.

Missing some key kitchen basics like can opener, wine opener etc. Some amenities were broken or significantly outdated such as one of the washing machines and one dishwasher along with a couple of the stove top burners. Amazing location with gorgeous views!

The house was everything we could have wanted for our family reunion. Beautiful oceanfront with plenty of room to gather or to have some quiet time, wonderful decks, well equipped kitchen, and theater & game rooms as bonuses.

All was well and we enjoyed our stay. Elevator was not always responsive, especially at level one. Had to repair dishwashers, one on left for leaking, fitted the rubber seal to stop leaking. Dishwasher on the right will not stay on track, so care is needed when used.

The house was beautiful! The location was in a perfect spot. The pool and hot tub were on point however, it was crazy windy so we didn’t get much beach time.

It was nice enough but definitely need to ipdate some of the furniture. Beds are very uncomfortable. Also found a used bandaid in shower. Otherwise it was nice enough, but a little pricey for the wear and tear of property.

Great location and amazing views

Perfect house for a beach getaway with family. We stayed for 3 nights in early June. Unbeatable location right on the beach with fantastic ocean views. Lots of fridge space for food and libations and having access to a propane grill is clutch. Although the house is fully loaded, you'll want to bring your own beach accessories & umbrellas as those are not included.

The house was great and clean, communication for any issues was efficient, was able to get a response usually within day time.
