Stayed Sep 24, 2025I wouldn't even know where to start explaining what a prime spot and beautiful across-the-street view of the ocean. It's huge inside with basically a whole suite on one side. Perfect spot!!

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Very nice and comfortable house. We had 8, plus an infant and were very confortable. We did quite a bit of cooking and there was plenty of roo. For all of us to do our things. Bedrooms were all a decent size and beds were comfortable. Proprty was very clean and well decorated. We also enjoyed thhe hot tub.The view from the front patio was incredible. The back patio area was also extremely nice.The location was a short walk to the beach and other shoreline activities and businesses. It was also within a 10 minute drive of most Santa Barbara attractions. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Beautifully positioned home overlooking the ocean and led better beach very centrally located near downtown near Santa Barbara Junior College. It has all the amenities when could possibly need. The glass in veranda of a look at the ocean is exceptionally enjoyable.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Property is as advertised - great location into downtown Santa Barbara (a nice walk or a very short drive), a well-serviced house (that had all the necessary 'stuff for our stay, and solid (and timely) communication with the property manager ... with a view that's hard to beat! We all would go back in an instant for sure.

Plenty of space for our family, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, just a quick walk to the beach, great outdoor spaces, and the most unbelievable views. The indoor/outdoor porch area with hot tub makes this place really special. 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.
