Surfer's Paradise - Oceanfront Home with Spectacular Views and Private Master Su

This was a great stay for our family vacation. We had 12 of us that stayed here - 3 being young kids. Being on the beach was amazing, even in the 50-degree weather. We took many walks on the beach, played in the sand/water, looked for seashells, and played beanbags. There’s ton of outdoor seating too, which was perfect to dolphin-watch from.The house was nice - the bedrooms are all pretty decent sizes and there’s plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen table fit all of us perfectly for all of our family meals and games. The ocean views are amazing from inside and out.The location is good too, not a super busy area but close enough to drive downtown Folly or nearby areas to shop, eat, or go to the boardwalk. We also got to enjoy “A Taste of Folly” while we were there, which was fun. The hosts were on top of it when we had issues with the door code and helped us resolve the issue quickly. It would have been nice to have some more of the basics provided since we did most of our cooking at the house - dish towels, oven mitts, etc. but luckily there’s a Walmart nearby.We would definitely stay again!

Overall a great house. Love the location. Issues to address:Master bathroom sinks do not drain properly. Dish rack in dishwasher is very difficult to slide in and out. Sliding glass doors on main level do not lock.

This property has spectacular views! It was very clean and offers more beds than on the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear you would need to cook. The beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean and easy to access from the house. The downside to this property was the lack of maintenance. Several of the kitchen appliances needed maintenance, ceiling fans didn’t work, bathroom sinks and showers did not drain well. There was some sort of water damage in the stairwell that lead to the master suite and the stairs were warped along with a strong musty odor. For the price of this rental I would have expected better property care. We had a great stay regardless but I would not book again.

Very clean home and safe neighborhood. On beach location is amazing; could not imagine better. Decking is terrific. Home is spacious for 10. Hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house overall. The home itself was clean, well-decorated, and in great condition—exactly what we were hoping for in terms of comfort and aesthetics.That said, we were disappointed by the construction happening directly around the property. We were only informed of it a few days prior to our arrival, and the photos did not fully reflect the extent of the work. There was a large, unfenced ditch and active construction blocking the main path to the beach, which would have been especially concerning if we had young children with us. While management was responsive and courteous, the construction significantly impacted our ability to use both the beach and the patio—two of the main reasons we booked this home.Despite this, we still made the most of our time and appreciated the quality of the house itself. With full transparency about the construction and better safety precautions, this would have been a near perfect stay.

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. The home was great. It is a little worn, as to be expected from rentals, but is exceptionally well kept, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens (bring your own beach towels). The porches are incredible with private access to the beach. Very close to downtown Folly Bech. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!

Due to weather we were inside. Living room area kinda small for the 8 of us. The dining room table was great for our crafts.

Pretty home step onto beach out back deck. Plenty of sleeping space and great room to spend together. Sit on back deck and watch sun rise listening to the waves hitting the beach

Great living space, clean and right in the beach. Can’t ask for more than that.
