Surf House - Steps from Charlestown Beach

We loved everything about our stay at the Surf House—-the check-in process, close proximity to the beach, high-end furnishings and impeccable and thoughtful design! We visited for a multigenerational family reunion and there was something for everyone and ample opportunity for folks to spread out. Everyone loved the outdoor shower after the beach and lounging by the fire pit in the evening. The hosts, who are delightful and aim to please, even provided a basket of goodies to welcome us. We highly recommend the Surf House and would happily stay again!!

The Surf House is conveniently located steps from the beach. It is beautifully decorated, has new appliances and plenty of amenities. The luxurious bedding, linens, towels, and high-end toiletries were a special treat. The home was immaculate, with fantastic beach and saltwater pond views from multiple decks. We loved watching spectacular sunsets from the balcony. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and has plenty of parking. There is a grill, two gas fire pits, a cornhole game, and multiple seating areas to relax. Our family and friends spent many nights playing cornhole, chatting around the fire pit and listening to the relaxing ocean waves. The house provided plenty of beach chairs and an upright cart for easy beach trips, along with a convenient private outdoor shower. Last but not least, our hosts were amazing and very responsive. They rolled out the red carpet and made our stay very special. Our host took the time to greet us at the house and gave us a welcome basket of gourmet snacks, coffee, and a bottle of wine. They also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. You can tell our hosts put a lot of time and thought into the home to make their guests feel special and have a resort oasis getaway experience. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

First of all, the hosts were phenomenal! They really thought of everything and made our stay luxurious—they greeted us with cold drinks, gourmet snacks, coffee, and a bottle of local wine. They provided high quality towels for the home and beach, folded beautifully, and even had spa slippers for all of us. Lovely smelling high-end toiletries in the bathrooms, Williams-Sonoma dish towels in a pristine fully stocked kitchen, sumptuous bed linens, beautiful decor and tropical plants surround the house, tons of natural light, the house is gorgeous. Multiple decks with plenty of places to lounge and gather, enjoyed sitting out there with our morning coffee listening to the waves. So relaxing. The beach is right there making it so easy, plus beach chairs and an umbrella were ready for us. The outdoor shower was great after the beach. Plus a washer/dryer, dishwashers, and triple filtered water on tap. A place to grill on the HUGE patio, plus two gas fire pits, solar lights, we played Cornhole at night by the fire under the stars. The patio is surrounded by landscaped plants and bushes making it super private, a little oasis. The hosts sent us a great list of local restaurants, stores and places to visit during our stay. They went above and beyond, even made us a reservation at a fabulous oyster bar! We loved the area, really cute icecream place up the street, a coffee shop, a deli with fabulous acai bowls and pastries. We will definitely stay here again!
