With easy one story living and convenient oceanfront access and views, this home is perfect for those in search of rest and relaxation! The sun filled living area has vaulted 15-foot ceilings in the comfortable living room and you'll enjoy a movie on the 65 HDTV (with 4k display on full articulating wall mount allowing direction to any location across the room) or just enjoy catching up with family. The dining table seats 8 and the modern kitchen contains a nice pub table with seating for 4 just five feet away. The family will enjoy preparing and sharing meals together as you gaze out at the ocean from a large south facing window.
