Surf City - Two Minute Walk to Beach

Really beautiful house close to the beach, lots of places nearby. Enjoyed every minute I stayed here! Loved it

The host communicated promptly and was friendly. The location is perfect, just a quick short walk to the beach. Will definitely visit again!!

I’ll start by saying the pros, the properties at a great location super close to the beach and also super close to the bridge. It has a very homie vibe with plenty of patio space and seating. The AC works great and having three showers is very convenient. WiFi was strong and a good modern tv that had a lot of channels and apps. Tons of natural light, spacious living room with ample seating. ConsNot that I think anybody is truly at fault for this, but the cleaner was late, which therefore delayed our entry at 4 PM. The kitchen isn’t well stocked for big meals, small meals is definitely better there. There was a lack of organization in the kitchen when it came to different needs. Some beds lacked pillow cases or had sheets pre covered in sand. It was usually a few hours before I could get a response from the property owner.In all honesty the cons weren’t terrible, and I would genuinely recommend this place for small gatherings or groups.

The backyard could use some love. The location was excellent and the host communication was awesome.

Terrible the host double booked the house. and over two weeks failed to notice. Day of arrival we were from out of town and she kicks us out because its double booked and no form of contact.

It was such a clean place and a beautiful property! We appreciate the host being so communicative.

The property was nice, it was clean and well kept.The beds were comfortable and the location had good access to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Booked this place on short notice for a last minute beach getaway. Check in was super easy, host was very responsive, place was clean and well kept and just a short walk from the beach. We had 11 people, so two had to sleep on the couch and hidabed. Also, the hot tub was out of commission, which was a bummer. Other than that, a great stay!!

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for a large group however it was not very clean. The refrigerator and freezer was nasty. Counter tops and trash can had sticky red stuff on them. Floors had not been swept. Microwave had what looked like melted cheese on it. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair.
