There are two split system heater/coolers. Wood heater (small amount of wood provided).
Large TV in lounge, TV in master.
Two night minimum booking.
Bath in main bathroom. Hair Dryer.
Linen and towels are provided.Note: Sofa bed in lounge does not come with bedding.
Extras provided including tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, hand soap, washing powder, cleaning products, board games and toilet paper.
Would consider pets by negotiation.
This is a residential street and guests must be respectful of neighbours and surrounds – no loud parties please (sorry, no schoolies). All breakages must be paid for or replaced. Additional fees will be charged for loss of key, and extraordinary cleaning of spills on carpet, furniture, bedding or walls.

Had an excellent stay with the grandparents at this lovely home. Short walk to the stunning surf beach and coffee van and only a short drive to Cowes. Perfect for young kids as there is a great outdoor deck with BBQ and a small backyard to play in and our kids enjoyed scooter rides up and down the driveway. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we are grateful. Would be very happy to stay there again.

It was a really a great house and we all were so lucky to have it for this holiday. Easy access to many tourist events and places. Louise and David arranged it so well. Instructions were very clear. Safe place. We delt it as a our own house. Thank you very much Louise and David.
