Surf and Sand Family Beach House!

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and access to beach. Truly the best part of the stay and that the house could accommodate our whole family.

It’s big, it’s near the beach but it hasn’t been maintained since the day it was built. Outlets don’t work, exterior doors don’t lock, it’s falling apart. Owner should be ashamed.

It was good! Can opener don’t really work! Only one teaspoon in the silverware!Check in was very easy! Loved our time in your beautiful home! Lots of space for us to relax and we really enjoyed your hot tub and pool!!

An amazing house in an amazing location. Just what we wanted.The location was perfect. Sometimes these beach houses are literally right next to the beach and are a bit too close for my taste (especially with small children). Often, houses are listed as beach properties but require a long enough walk that it isn't feasible to get a family with small children to the beach without a car. This place had as much privacy as you could want and had a private path to the beach that only took two or three minutes. We were able to get three cars in the parking space (although that required a bit of squeezing).I stayed here for five days with my family (wife and two kids), my parents, and my two siblings along with their spouses and kids. In total, we had four adult couples and six kids (ages ranging from four to thirteen years old). All four of the couples had their own room (two of us shared a bathroom) and the kids either slept on the bunkbeds (two sets making four beds) or on the couches. With three flors and plenty of floor space, we never felt like we were on top of each other.Although it didn't impact our experience, I will say that parts of the house are a bit old, so you want to stay somewhere that feels new and modern, this probably won't fit your preferences. We loved the vibe.

Excellent beach access, onsite pool got a lot of use, especially by our 6 grandkids, and safe and friendly neighborhood. Plus, a responsive site manager who quickly helped us with a few issues associated with a house that has a few tired conditions. We will rent this house again.

Great location. Perfect for multiple family units.

The house was in a great location and big enough for all of us. The pool heater needed to be fixed twice but was taken care of quickly. A few outlets didnt work but we worked around it.

Very close to the beach, plenty of space, lots of room for everyone. We had a great time and a wonderful break.

The home is perfectly located on the northern side of Pacific Beach. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping on Mission Blvd. 5 to 7 minute walk on the gorgeous beach to the pier. Home had all the amenities. Plenty of space for our party of 12 - Private and secure property. Pool and hot tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Stunning views without the “frontal” fees. Host and property manager attentive and kind. Will definitely return to this home again. Well worth it.
