Superb villa, completely redesigned in 2010 and decorated with great care, composed of 2 apartements. We rent the whole villa during the summer, but off-season we rent the 2 apartments seperatly (the price below is for one apartment). The swimming pool will have to be shared.

APARTMENT N ° 1: 110 m² with
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160cm and the other with 2 single beds,
- A large mezzanine with 2 single beds,
- A bathroom with shower
- A separated toilet,<br>- An American kitchen overlooking a large living room of 50 m² with a living room opening onto a covered terrace of 70 m² very pleasant in summer : small breeze and East exposition, overlooking the garden, pool and sea.

APARTMENT N ° 2: 94 m² (first floor above private garage) with
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160cm and the other with 2 bunk beds, one single bed and one drawer-bed for a total of 4 sleeping possibilities,
- A mezzanine with a double bed of 140cm,
- A bathroom with shower and small bath,
- A separate toilet,
- A living room of 35 m² with kitchen, living room and dining room.
- A small terrace with magnificent view over the sea and the islands of Elba and Monte Cristo,
- An extra full outdoor kitchen, perfect for cooking with views on the sea and the pool.

5000 m² garden planted with native species (cork oak, arbutus, myrtle, citrus, ...) and olive trees.
The house is well equipped for infants and children (cot, high chair, bouncer baby, playpen, swing, slide, beach games and other games).
Sand beach is accessible by foot in 15-20 minutes through the vineyar
