Stayed Oct 1, 2025The villa was lovely and clean, very comfy and close to the communual pook as well. We arrived to a welcome package of snacks which was a nice touch. The villa had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrella to take with us to the beach. The pool area was great and nice to overrlook the lake. Briarwood is a lovely gated community and close to shops restaurants and the beach which is perfect. We have stayed 3 times in this villa now and would highly recommend a stay here.
