SUPER SIZED 3 STORY RIVERFRONT LODGE WITH UNIQUE VIBES. EVERYTHING INCLUDED!

Great stay for a group birthday weekend. We had 7 couples and the property had plenty of space for everyone. The highlight was definitely the river access and the pontoon boat. There were also lots of water toys and kayaks, which made it easy to spend the day floating and relaxing on the river. We also really enjoyed being able to go down the river to Swampy’s.Everything went smoothly, and we had no problems during the stay. Overall, it was a fun, comfortable, and easy place for a group trip. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Carol was a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. The house was very spacious and well-equipped, catering to everyone in a group with ages ranging from 5 to 72. It is also very well located on the river so you can easily engage in whichever water activity your heart desires. We saw so much beautiful wildlife and had an absolutely fantastic time. Can't recommend this place enough for large families!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet basic expectations for safety, transparency, or cleanliness.Shortly after arrival, we discovered visible buildup and debris inside a wall-mounted AC unit that was actively blowing air into the room. Due to the air-quality concern, we were not comfortable using that space and ultimately had to leave and secure alternative lodging.As we inspected the property further, we found additional safety concerns, including exposed nails and wiring, unfinished or damaged areas, and tripping hazards in common and activity areas. These conditions were not disclosed in the listing and were not apparent prior to arrival.We were also required to sign a liability waiver and a short-term lease only after arriving at the property, when the owner/property manager met us on site. These documents were not provided in advance of the stay.In addition, we paid an extra fee for additional guests who ultimately did not attend, and we were not refunded that amount.While the host communicated after issues were raised, many of the concerns were not items that could reasonably be remedied during an active stay, and we did not feel comfortable having on-site work performed while we were there. We documented everything with Vrbo for review. Overall, the condition of the property and the impact on our stay made this a disappointing experience.

Upon arrival it was made known to us the house was undergoing construction at the time. Meaning freshly made walls, the main room for the “bride and groom” of the week for upstairs did not have a door at all, meaning the shower was fully open and not private. Every family member staying had confusion with the light switches or where to access things due to there being so many and half of them not working. A few room pictures did not match, one room was even fully changed and split into two rooms, leaving the room assignments we had figured out with my parents and her best friends not being able to stay together in the same room which was disappointing. Instead my siblings each took a room and both rooms had zero air flow, smelled of paint, and were incredibly dusty from the drywall that was put in. As well as each of them had multiple roaches throughout the week killed in their rooms. The bride and groom stayed at the top floor, did not have a door or privacy, as well as no real flooring. There were staples sticking out of some wood that kept getting hit. Nothing was swept or cleaned from the work being done.There were spiderwebs all over the ceiling.Unclean towels.I had also previously asked about the accessibility of the home as we had some people who can’t do stairs well and I was told there was a ramp to the first floor. However because of the house layout there is stairs leading everywhere. Overall, it was an okay trip.Good views but disappointing.Nails all over driveway

Our stay was great! The hosts provide you with everything you need and more. It's a perfect place for a large group of friends or family. There is no shortage of games and entertainment. The river access is incredible.

Had a wonderful experience renting this property for a friend's 60th birthday and we had a group of 20 women at the house and it never felt crowded. There was something for everyone to do during the day (kayaks, pontoon boat, floats were awesome) and the Kitchen and BBQ area was perfect for entertaining and cooking for large group. We had a blast and made the best memories!!

Holy cow! This place is AWESOME! Words cannot describe how quirky and amazing the layout is for this home. It is clean and well stocked. Also, very animal friendly for those of you traveling with a puppy dog. The layout makes sense, and allows for both children and adults to be able to enjoy their time. There's plenty of gathering space for large groups and yet plenty of separated nooks and crannies so everybody can have quiet conversations as well. The direct access to the river is impeccable! You're exactly 2 miles from where the tubes get out of the river and you have direct access from the backyard of the home into the river for launching tubes. It removes all of the stress of getting to the tubing location and then figuring out rides etc. It's approximately a 2-hour tubing on the river to the exit from the home. The owners have provided all of the kayaks, the floats, life vests, fishing rods, and a pontoon boat. The kitchen is amply stocked with every cooking appliance you can imagine! The owners were available and ready to help in any way necessary. The location is also very close to grocery shopping and delivery services are available to have groceries dropped off and ready for you upon arrival. The rope swing is probably the highlight of the home! The kids could have thrown themselves into the river for hours. We also had otters playing on the dock and alligator snapping turtles that we were able to look at. Overall this is an experience that can't be be beat!

Absolutely terrific! Family get together with 16 people and a newborn. Everyone enjoyed the rope swing, river mat, pontoon boat plus the kayaks and paddle boards. Owners were wonderful with any questions we had. Game room, sauna and pickleball court were great! Easy check in and out. Everything was stocked every where. Hopefully we will see you next summer. Great family property- the outdoor spaces on the river are excellent! We had an exceptional vacation!

The house has a lot of character,and it has everything you need to have a great experience. The host and hostess are just as wonderful. I look forward to coming back for sure!

I bought this trip for my parent’s Christmas gift! It was amazing and we had plenty of space for all of us!

Had a great time with family celebrating several birthdays. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need. Outdoor areas in abundance with plenty of shade. Pontoon boat was great to get on the water. Rope swing and hanging by the fire pit. Table big enough for dinners together. Host responded very quickly with any questions.

Location is top notch on the Rainbow River. Solid dock, pontoon boat works great, kayaks for all. Best way to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything you need! We are buying a blackstone as we speak. We had room for everyone and so much to do. Hide and seek was amazing in this house.
