Sunshine State of Mind House

Our stay was great! We were close to the beach and the home was clean and my kids loved the pool.

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, quiet and exactly what I needed for a short stay!

The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the cleanliness of the home. We enjoyed sitting by the pool all day.

The host was very accommodating and the unit was clean and well equipped. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Entry into the property was very easy. It was nicely remodeled and very clean. Exactly what we were looking for!

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, had everything we needed, the snack basket was a delightful surprise. It would have been nice to have a coffee table, an end table or two, some lamps, overhead lights were a bit abrasive (too bright), the only lamp in the master bedroom was a light for the candle. Maybe consider a round table for the dining area. I was a bit surprised by the neighborhood, I’m not sure I’d be comfortable staying there alone but with my friends, it was fine.

The walk to the local park was very close and great for the kiddo. Beach is 7-8 mins away.

The house is very clean and in an ideal location for events at the US Sailing Center. The only comment we have is that it was very dark when we arrived and could benefit from leaving the porch light on for arrivals. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The house was very nice inside. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the coffee, tea and creamer on hand. We will use this property again in the future. It was cold so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool and outside area but they were inviting. This property was very close to a nice playground as well as the Children’s museum and Indian Riverside Park.

Didn't know it was a neighborhood of duplexes. Didn't feel real safe. Our accomodations were very good but the neighborhood is not well kept.

The place was ok. Everything worked but things could have been cleaner.

This is a beautifully renovated duplex home. Very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The pool was also a lovely addition to a hot summer day. We were not informed that this property was a duplex, which would have been nice to know. Also, the location of the home didn’t really match the description.
