Stayed May 1, 2025House located perfectly to Publix, beach and restaurants/bars. Bed set up perfect for grown children and us to have own space. Fully equipped house has everything needed. There are bikes and beach chairs that were gladly used by us. Impressed with the accommodations left for us and the house is decorated beautifully!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025What a great spot for our Easter getaway with family & friends. The house has everything you need for cooking in or doing laundry. We brought our Irish Doodle and she was as happy as can be. The long walks in the neighborhood or to the beach were perfect!! For church goers we were less than a block away from the best Easter Service at One Church!! Highly recommend this spot!!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. Being only 5 years old, it provided us with the most modern conveniences and kitchen appliances, and the beds and other furniture were extremely comfortable. Best of all it was well located for our purpose of attending all the festival activities at the nearby JAX Beach Pavilion. We would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025We were in town for a long weekend with family. The weather was not great but the house was so nice we didn’t mind staying inside. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the house was conveniently located near several good restaurants. When the weather cleared it was an easy walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again. Kyle was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in and out was easy to follow.
