Relax and unwind in this peaceful Oasis in the heart of Clearwater. The Guest Suite is fully furnished & will provide you with all you need during your stay. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, stove and fridge. There are ample bath & pool towels for your use. The gas fire pit, HEATED salt water pool and outdoor furniture will make your stay more relaxing. Street parking right out front the house for your vehicle during your stay. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

There are 4 security cameras on the property for safety. 1) camera located on the gym building facing the back of the main house, pool, patio and gate entrance, 2) camera on the guest house front porch facing the main gate entrance, 3) camera on the main house facing the carport, and 4) on the carport facing the driveway. There are no cameras in the guest house. The cameras are for safety purposes.

Sunshine Oasis was truly an amazing experience. It was above and beyond our expectations. From the communication with the wonderful hosts Katie and Emily, to every detail of the cozy guest house, we couldn't have been more pleased. The guest house was spotless and fully equipped for all your vacation needs. The property was truly stunning, surrounded by tropical plants which provided absolute privacy. The private pool was the perfect added touch. The location was perfect for us with a short jaunt to TD Ballpark to see our Jays Spring Training games and close proximity to many beautiful beaches in the Clearwater/Dunedin area. This vacation was much needed for us after very challenging year and it definitely didn't disappoint. Thank you Katie and Emily for being such accommodating hosts. Can't wait for our return visit to Sunshine Oasis in 2024!!
