Sunsets in the Smokies. Secluded but not remote. 10 minutes north of Franklin.

Wonderful, comfortable, well equipped and a great easy to use gas fireplace. We wanted a relaxing getaway time to relax and get rested after practicing for months to sing for Christmas programs. Our host was so responsive when I had questions and I appreciate that. The main word is PERFECT for the cabin and whole experience.

We loved our week at this beautiful cabin nestled on a wooded mountain. Very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room to spread out, or to spend time together. While close to many trails and cute mountain towns, we really just wanted to sit and enjoy our time. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very nice and explained the check-in/out procedures and responded in a timely manner. (I should have written the instructions down because I didn't have cell service there and couldn't access my account, but I could on another member of our parties phone.) Everything was clean and the house had everything you needed. Very comfortable living room and the beds were comfortable. Loved the location.

Fireplace came in handy. Warmed the main room quickly, nice ambiance. No surprises.

Our stay was incredible! Everything was clean and comfortable. The first thing we did when we got in was to play some of the board games available and sit at the fire table on the patio. We ordered in from a local BBQ place (Haywood's) and that was delicious. Thank you to hosts for providing such a great cabin, we definitely will be back!

Better than advertised.

Loved the property. Designed perfectly for two couples with two master suites on opposite sides of the cabin. Nice views from the deck and seeing deer was a nice extra

we spend a week in Franklin area every year, found the location to be very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. GPS directions were awful but owner directions were great. Very nice to have trash collection site so close. very enjoyable trip

Well maintained Property, fully equipped right down to a garlic press and a funnel. Everything operational and in good working order. Secluded, but only 15 minutes from down Town. Wifi was excellent. Din’t watch TV so can’t comment other that to note there was one in the living room and in each bedroom. Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we hope to be back next year

Beautiful place! Everything you can think of was provided. Friendly town, beautiful scenery. We saw deer in the yard almost every day!

Gives the illusion of seclusion while being very close to town. The tiled shower was noice boi. My but has never been so clean.

Nice and clean. Refrigerator needs to be looked at. It’s very noisy. Lots of lightbulbs need to be replaced. Other than that, it’s great and I’d recommend it to friends.

Property was just as pictured and described. Very clean. Super host. Excellent communication with host, always replied quickly. Good layout with bedrooms on opposite ends of cabin. Stayed for a week and had a very relaxing time. Easy to get to town with two basic routes. Great places to eat including Haywood Smokehouse and Ms Lois. I can't remember a VRBO stay I have enjoyed more. Sunsets in the Smokies was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and just be. But, we were also perfectly located for visiting Franklin, and an easy drive to Sylva, Cherokee, and Bryson City. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, and had really thought through what makes a house feel and function like home. From a well organized kitchen to extra blankets, sheets and pillows, we really needed for nothing.

Property was perfectly located with great views of the mountains and the wildlife. Had an amazing trip with an outstanding place. Hope to rent this again in the future!

Cabin was actually clean, something we're sadly not used to. Very well stocked with amenities, towels were super soft, and everything worked that we used; loved the combo coffee/K-cup maker. The location was perfect for us and everything was very convenient. What I mean by convenient: grocery stores (Ingles and Walmart a few minutes away), restaurants (within 20 minutes a lot of variety), garbage drop off (7 days a week), etc. The driveway is a bit steep and with our large Silverado 2500, made for an interesting climb up; 360 cameras really came into good use. Internet speed was good enough to stream the two TVs and still surf on three devices. The area is very quiet and feels secluded. Hot water was hot and water pressure was great. You do have your choice of a soft or firm mattress between the master suites. If you love winding roads take HWY 28 to Bryson City! I was hating the fact that I drove up vice road up on the Harley!

We experienced a wonderful week in Sunset in the Smokies! The house was everything we expected plus more. It is a perfect distance from town (~15 minutes), and is nestled up on a quiet overlook. The kitchen has everything we needed, there’s a nice gas fireplace, and a fire pit on the back deck. Also, communication with Rhonda was easy and she responded quickly. It was so nice getting back after a busy day, knowing that we were lodging in a comfortable place that complimented our trip perfectly.

We loved the treehouse feel! The whole house was clean and beautiful. The location was very private and peaceful. It was just what we wanted and we would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and we were greeted by a few deer in the driveway upon arrival. We were able to sit on a porch swing and enjoy the rain one afternoon. We enjoyed the beauty and peace of nature all around.
