Our family of 4 stayed at Bella Vita 8 during spring break 2025. The location was great! The ocean is literally 200 yds from our door. We had a great view of the ocean sitting on our deck. There is another unit in front of unit 8 that blocks the 100% view of the ocean, but we were pleased with what we could see. I don't think it's fair to say this has a den/office. There was a very small table with 2 chairs if that's what is considered den/office.All of the kitchen amenities were spot on. We didn't cook, but we took inventory of what was available in case we wanted to make a meal one night while there. I wish there were more kitchen towels to start the week with though.No issues with the bathroom. The shower head has great pressure. There were no amenities provided in the shower. There was no body soap, no shampoo/no conditioner, and no bar soap for washing hands provided. This should be clearly noted.The master bed was quite comfy. Thank you for providing so many hangers. Since there was only a small dresser to put our clothes in, we utilized the closet a lot. There was no place for my children to put their clothes though. It would be great if there was one more dresser for those sleeping on the couch to place their belongings in.I am grateful for the laundry facility. I was able to travel home with all clean clothes and that is a blessing!Would we stay again? Absolutely!

This property was convenient to the beach, literally steps away! There were several places to eat and things to do within walking distance. My husband and I found the kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make a complete meal. We were a little bummed to find out that there is not a BBQ grill on site, but we made do. All in all it was a great trip and we look forward to bringing family with us next time!

The property was older but tastefully updated. Great walks along the beach, Great view of the beach, many restaurants in reasonable driving distance. Although not many shops within a mile, those that are there were nice and well stocked. We would stay again.

The description and pictures were very accurate. They called it a partial view, but I enjoyed it almost as a full view. There’s a cabin in front of you but you have an alley to watch the ocean. 50 yards to the beach independent on Tahid maybe a little longer to the water. The only negative for me which is not their fault was the dogs are not allowed past the Sand dunes so I couldn’t bring them on the beach. The restaurant across the street salt stone I believe it’s the name is outstanding a little bit expensive, but I gave it 4 to 4 1/2 stars Cleaning people were wonderful and helpful and neighbors were friendly

This place was nice. Great location & beautiful beach view from our deck. It was clean & came with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We were even able to switch out our used towels for fresh ones a few days into our trip. The cleaning ladies who were getting the unit next to us ready for new guests made sure to ask us if there was anything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots & pans to cook with, along with spices, etc. We would definitely book here again.

Dishes were dirty in cabinets. Door knob/lock rusted. Wifi didn't work. Couch and bed not comfortable. Have to constantly open and close a gate to get to beach. Have to keep a key on you at all times. Poor experience with the place.

The unit we rented was just as described. Excellent beach access. The unit could use a little tlc but over all very nice space. Very quiet and private.

This was a nice place to stay for myself and 2 young girls. A great location at the beach. The only complaint I have is that the view isn't what's on the website.

Had a great stay, loved the property, very comfortable, great beach access, would rent again. Some street noise in bedroom, helped to download a noise app on phone. Helpful rental staff.

Great location, kitchen was good size, but not well stocked with utensils (if you plan to cook). The entry door and windows are well past needing replaced. You can see light through the gaps and they leak water inside during rain. One side of the door is full of water condensation and you can’t really enjoy the beach view you paid for. Not what we expected at this price.
