These devices do not transmit or record but simply monitor noise levels. Should noise levels exceed 80db for longer than 5 minutes after 10 pm or the total approved guests onsite exceed the booking total we are alerted and will contact the primary guest immediately.

You will receive 1 warning to reduce the noise either via sms or via your booking provider's messaging.

Guests are required to respond within 30 minutes confirming receipt of the message and that they have addressed the issue and reduced noise.

We stayed for a week with our kids and grandkids and their great grandfather and mother. Everything you need pool, jetty, crab pots and fishing rods. Great grandad at 95 years old caught 3 brim and a whiting he was very excited.
