The upstairs living level has a large kitchen, breakfastbar, dining room with window-facing chairs for morning coffee, and a living room, all with fabulous ocean views! This same level has a bedroom complete with the lull of ocean sounds, a king size bed and a private glass door to the deck. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

A handcrafted wood spiral staircase leads to the lower level of the house. The downstairs features a family room for games and entertainment with comfortable chairs and a sofa that converts to a queen bed. Two downstairs bedrooms accommodate guests, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower combination. Please be advised: The unique design of the spiral staircase makes this home unsuitable for families with toddlers or young children.
