Sunset Shores--4 BR/3 BA, Walk to the Beach, Heated Pool, Dogs OK

It was okay. For the price, it was not bad. But if you’re looking for excellence, this place is not it. Dryer was broken and no accommodations were made. Was told to just dry our clothes out on the patio. In the morning, the clothes were still damp. Top balcony was very unsafe. One of the boards was not nailed in securely and the screw was sticking up potentially very dangerous, and there was a bag of nails or screws left out so we did not use the top balcony at all. Kitchen was missing some important essentials like a cutting board, oven mits, and kitchen sheers. The wall plate for the light switch by the main patio was not even screwed in. There were bugs found on some of the bedding. Wi-Fi was cutting in and out constantly. Overall, a 3/5 for this place as it’s not the worst but also not the best that we’ve experienced. We still had a great time doing other things in Port Aransas.

Me and my family enjoyed it very much. The rooms and place in general was very clean. The place was very spacious the service and maintenance was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend and definitely will be back for some more family time.

Communication with the property manager was easy and great! The place was beautiful and we felt so comfortable in the location. The beach was so close and grocery stores were close as well. We really loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had cold AC (a must in the Texas heat) and comfortable beds, making it easy for everyone to relax. It was a great space for the whole family, with plenty of room to spread out. Plus, it’s close to the beach, so getting there was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

We booked a stay for a long weekend. From the beginning, the booking was great. The property owners were so kind and courteous and their response times were phenomenal. They have a book that details everything to expect from check-in to check-out and the book was very helpful and informative. The property was just as advertised. What a super cute and comfy place! If I could give this rating higher than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Friendly hosts, great location, and the concrete floors are ideal for sand/pets. We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful stay in this nice townhouse. The manager was very attentive to our needs and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. The location was perfect near shops, restaurants and walking distance to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here and id like to stay again in the futre.

This is a nice property in a very nice location. Walking to the beach is easy, about a city block away. Excellent response from maintenance for a minor drain issue. Plus, they were there when we arrived to show us around the property.

Plenty of parking, close to beach, on site pool, plenty of room for all the family.

The back porch was horrible. Grown up grass all over. Bar b q utensils were buried in the grass and dirt. One bathroom was nasty and we had to clean ourselves. Hair all over It was close to the beach!
