Sunset Serenity Retreat: Coastal Elegance with Poolside Bliss

We stayed there for a week and a half and were very pleased. It was very clean and you can tell had been updated fairly recently. I was in communication with Marta before the stay and throughout the stay and she was very nice with quick responses. We traveled far and she was very understanding with the check in process for us.The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. Plenty of room for luggage, pack and play, cooler etc. The pool and hottub are not heated unless you request it and for an additional charge. The hottub will only be heated for an hour and is on a schedule timer. We opted to pay for the heating of the pool and 1 hour hottub heat daily for almost the entire stay (once you request it, it will remain set for remainder of stay).It was very nice and the hottub did warm up so quickly during the hour. Several small recommendations were provided to Marta directly after our visit, but nothing that would require a bad review. There is an open field on the back of the property that was nice. We didn't have to stare at another house. We wished we had a water view, but there was not any type of water view. Which we knew when we booked. Although, VRBO said golf course view but that was not accurate.We enjoyed our stay and would stay their again and definitely recommend it to others!

We had a great time! The space was perfect for our family and the house was clean. Our kids really enjoyed the pool!

House was perfect for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated with beach decor. Only suggestion would be some ice cube trays (freezer didn’t make any ice) and some throw pillows on the couch.

The property, inside and out, was very clean! Everything you need for your stay was provided, including containers for leftover food, which was so convenient for when we cooked at the house. Hair dryer, hair straightener, shampoo, soap, and conditioner, even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste for if you forgot yours. The hot tub and pool was so nice to have to wind down at the end of the day. No houses behind you and far enough from the main road that there is very little road noise. Host was quick to return messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider this property in the future if we stay in the area again. Highly recommend staying at this property for a great home away from home!

Marta and Claudio were accommodating and very responsive to any questions we may of had. Their residence was over the top charming with the beach atmosphere. We would recommend them and look forward to staying in their home in the future. A host for sure!Bobby and Kim

Very clean. Easy to use property. Communication with manager was super easy.

This house is very aesthetically pleasing, beautiful pool, close to shopping etc. The road is a little busy, but not too crazy. Minor issues:For whatever reason, the hot water in the kitchen sink was turned off underneath the sink, the second bathroom I could not get the water hot, it stayed luke warm, so we didn't use that bathroom to shower. The Master bathroom shower was hot (but starting getting colder towards the end of a shower). My daughter could not get her laptop to connect to the WiFi, no matter what we tried, it said the connection was not secure The patio roof leaks when it rains, but just one small side, so not a big issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. It was perfect for our two little girls. They enjoyed the pool everyday and the comfy cough afterwards. We will definitely make it back.

I cannot say enough to convey our positive experience with Marta and her home. Communication was superb from day 1. She even went out of her way to provide a float for the pool and was always accessible and quick to respond, pleasantly at that. The layout and amenities of this home is IDEAL for families with children. If I could copy the layout at home, we would remodel to something similar because it worked so well with children. The house was very clean, the beds and living room furniture very comfortable. I appreciated that we all were safe, felt comfortable and could relax. I recommend this home for families and those who are more comfortable with an at home, moderate environment.
