Stayed Jun 27, 202325 minute drive from Dreams Park. Located on quiet lake. Private dock for use if you want to kayak, paddleboard, or fish. All kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom amenities were ideal for a single family. Window AC unites worked very well for the space and made it comfortable. We had a minor issue with a coffee pot and they replaced it immediately that morning. This area is quite secluded from the normal Cooperstown houses that may be more convenient to restaurants. With the way the schedules are at Dreams Park, that didn't really become an issue. I would recommend this to any single family that wants a quiet, small house to stay.
