Stayed Oct 24, 2025The home was in a great location. The host and owner were both very responsive when I contacted them with minor issues. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The location was the prefect location for our visit to Canyonlands and Arches.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025The location of the house is good- a bit south of Moab town center, near most of the subdivisions of the Moab area. Very quiet street, excellent views in every direction (from above other houses and fence lines). The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids (one couple in main room, kids and a couple in 2 queen room, one adult in 2 doubles room). Fenced in private back yard with nice grass good for kids to roll around. Neighborhood playground a short stroll up the road about 4 houses. Kitchen equipped well (I would say perfectly adequate). Two full restrooms. Adequate street parking and the trailer parking lot is 2 houses down. We had a great time.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The property is nice. It is about 6-8 minutes outside of downtown Moab and 12-15 from Arches. It is a decent value for the area and what you get contentwise.
