Stayed Sep 21, 2025Prior to arrival at the house it had not been cleaned properly. Trash still in cans ,the grill not cleaned. Had 3 repair guys come out. Out of 6days we got 3 days to watch tv. The most redeeming quality of this house is the house, sun set views. Simple awesome.. The furniture in living room is out dated an worn.also the patios. Our'll stay was ok not sweating the small stuff.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The property was not as clean as I would have liked, but not horrible. Overall, we had a hat we needed and had a wonderful time. The place does need some tlc though. The lights in my room did not work, the pool lining was ripped and the sliding glass door was not working very easily.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house was nice, a bit dirty..basic clean but mold in all the sliding glass doors. The walk to the beach is not too long but definitely not child friendly as there are no sidewalks and traffic was hectic at times and kind of dangerous. Overall, we had a great stay and we really appreciate the quick response when the A/C on the 1st and 2nd floor quit working. It was fixed within an hour of calling
