Stayed Oct 13, 2023Nice location, water activities near by and perfect weekend getaway! No food at house so bring your coffee/tea, also you have to throw trash to different place (10 mins away) afterwards which was little inconvenient.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Great stay!! Wonderfully equipped 3 level condo! Great to have master and kids up stairs and extra family space on the ground level. Living room was a comfortable. All appliances worked great except for a finicky clothes dryer but we were able to make it work eventually. The LAKE VIEWS from the porches were amazing and having dock access for a boat rental and wave runner was fabulous! The water was refreshing and clear! The beach access was a cool feature when we didn’t want to jump off the dock! We will visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to use this dog friendly location!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024It was a great vacation in a wonderful location with beautiful views. The only thing that was a bummer was that the primary bedroom toilet wouldn’t flush even toilet paper. It was out of commission for our whole stay. We were given the option to have a plumber come on the 4th of July, but we declined since we wanted to get out on the water and not wait around. Also, the living room dvd remote didn’t work and we really wanted to be able to watch movies during the rainy night. The property manager quickly stopped by and fixed the issue with a new remote. Other than that, we would 100% stay here again.

Stayed May 24, 2024Highly recommend for an easy stay on Smith Mountain Lake! The condo had everything we needed, the views were spectacular, easy water access, and great neighborhood. I’d recommend bringing heat you need as stores and restaurants are a bit of a drive, but the condo itself was perfect. Our pup loved it too.
