Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 3rd floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.

This unit has a king size bed in each bedroom.



Cable & WI-FI is included. 

Newly remolded bathrooms, new stove and microwave!

The Kitchen has everything you need toprepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.

All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.

Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties/Events allowed!



All properties/buildings/common areas/outside areas are non-smoking! This includes on balconies! There is one designated smoking area located in front of building 2.
