We could not ask for a better place to stay. The location was amazing with its water access and proximity to local businesses. We were able to relax, get whatever we needed, and enjoy our family time. The property itself was homey and comfortable.

Truly enjoyed the stay, everything was clean and what you expect for the price of this rental. Only complaint is Neighbors, yelled at one of us to get off the property (On the water line, Lot Llines were a little vague with not-so-straight “sticks/post” maybe a couple feet over while standing in the water?) while my daughter was playing with me right behind the house. I understand this is Texas (I’m a Texas property owner as well) but seemed a little extreme when his grandkids were running all up and down the beach (inlcuding what we paid for) the next two days (Saturday/Sunday). Not saying I don’t understand as they’ve probably been burned with disrespectful renters in the past, but maybe assumptions do really make an a.. of us all? I’ll finish with this; for over 400 per night being able to spend time on the river fishing each day, and not having to drag 2 18month-old toddlers to the state park day, it was worth every penny.

Fun place

Great escape out in Kingsland on the Llano river. Great for families with young kids.

This is the second time I have stayed at this great spot (first time was with my sister & nephew; they absolutely loved this place!). This retreat was a solo adventure. The property location is fantastic; The spot on the Llano River has a sandy beach- fishing & swimming at this location are great. Across the property is pristine nature/unoccupied land- The view is so peaceful. Mornings on the back patio with coffee are A+. Upon check-in the place was spotless; everything was in order. The property management is friendly & responsive. When I visited- they are working on a new house next door (a new build); the noise was minimal. I used the property as a jumping off point for small day trips in the area (hit different spots on the Llano River up in Llano, went over to Castell, hit the Kingsland Slab which is less than 10 minutes away). In summary I love this spot: The price is extremely fair. The property is a bit dated but is so comfy & clean/in order. I'm hoping to return early summer 2025 with my sister & nephew!!! Great property for a weekend at the lake, as advertised. We had some issues after we checked in. These were promptly addressed by the host. They were quick to respond and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for having us!

It was the perfect location for a getaway. We enjoyed spring break. The house was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the beach and the river. From the property, there was easy access to nearby state parks and attractions.

The property and location was just what we needed. Nice and relaxing! We went for a hike at Inks Lake State Park and then kayaked in the backyard at sunset! It was a perfect weekend to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.
