Sunrise Serenity Luxury Lake House, Incredible Views! Private Dock Lake Barkley

Great house. Our family of 9 enjoyed the family Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. Our host,Jeremy was fantastic. Great communication and super nice guy.

The cabin was beautiful and Jeremy was great to us. We will be back and I recommend to everyone to rent this place.

The whole stay was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food we brought for the weekend. The beds were comfy and the house had lots of room to spread out and yet encouraged everyone to gather; be it around the island cooking, relaxing in the comfortable living areas, for a game of pool or cards or on the deck enjoying the gorgeous views. The property manager was very responsive and easy to contact when we had any questions. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Sunrise Serenity is the perfect retreat for a large group. Our family of 11 had everything we needed including extra room when someone needed a timeout or some space. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, the pool table and game table on the lower level, and nearby attractions. The house is super clean with a very well appointed kitchen…plenty of dishes and cookware and bakeware. Three of our girls, 17,14, & 10, loved the bunkroom! Each bedroom is comfy and the four bathrooms made it easy for us all to be ready to go on time. The host, Jeremy, answered my call immediately when I had a question. Our family had the best long weekend and can’t wait to schedule again real soon!

We loved this house on the lake. It was a beautiful house with enough rooms ams bathrooms for my whole extended family. We loved having our own bathrooms and rokms to retreat in as well as great shared space to play games and enjoy family time. Our nephews especially loved the lake. We brought our kayaks and used the docs. They also loved swoming in Barkley. The windows anf view was amazing! We definitely recommend this onr!

This haven lives up to its name and description and then some. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, cookware (esp appreciated electric griddle) places to sit for meals ( we had 14 and there was room for more). The downstairs game room, full bar, and pool table held us captive whenever we were not at the lake. The bunk bed room was a delight for the cousins nightly sleepovers. The surprises...the covered three- pronged dock, the sunfish, small bass and catfish we hooked, the upper deck, the magic of this lake, the wildlife from eagles to an otter. We brought a paddle board and rented a pontoon and jet skis. We will be back.

The property was spectacular. Extremely beautiful and clean. Great lower level entertainment space. Great kitchen area too. Beds were very comfortable.Enjoyed swimming off the dock and bonfires at night.Photos do not do justice for the actual views that you are able to see. Absolutely picturesque. I will definitely book again .Thank you again for letting us enjoy this wonderful property.

Had a great stay at this house! Perfect size for our family of 13, with room to spare. Easy access to the dock and water. Limited towels and washcloths provided so we had to wash towels every day so be sure to pack laundry detergent. Kitchen had sufficient supplies for us to get by, including some spices and oils. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We came from Michigan for a week stay on Lake Barkley. The house was beautiful plenty of room for the 8 of us. The pool table was used every night as was the poker table. The views were amazing and the property was peaceful. The driveway and road to the house were a bit tricky for us, we aren't used to all the hills and curves that we encountered but we had a wonderful stay!

Week of golf and comaraderie. Great property for a medium sized group. House is set up great for everyone. 2nd trip to this property and will most likely book again. Property manager is great to work with.

The house was amazing with a beautiful view. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and the downstairs area with the pool table and bar was awesome. The house was very clean when we arrived. Overall it was a great and relaxing weekend stay.

A group of longtime friends wanted to get together. We chose this rental for the number of bathrooms, the view, and the pool table. We had a couple of maintenance issues (plugged sink which was repaired right away), and a couple of other minor things. A golf cart would be nice to have to

My family stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my dad's 70th Birthday. The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family. Keep in mind to get down to the dock is a little bit of a hike, i know my Dad would have liked to fish more but wasnt able to walk up the hillthat hill a liked to

Our grown children and families all met at this beautiful home. Great kitchen, deck, and quiet neighborhood. We loved the sunrises and enjoyed spotting an eagle several times. The children had a great time as well, and we all enjoyed tournaments around the pool table. Had a little trouble operating the TV and apps, but that wasn't our focus for this time. Would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 12 consists of three generations ages 18-83. We look forward to gathering together annually for a relaxing fall getaway. This is the best property we have found in several years. The large back yard was perfect for the whole family to play together. Although close to other houses, it felt very private The open floor plan allowed us to be together in the evening, some in the living room and others at the dining table playing games. The younger folks enjoyed the pool table and other games downstairs. We were able to use the barstools to fit all 12 of us around the table for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The dock was a little narrow for fishing but our fisherman still managed to use it. There was ample room for parking our 5 vehicles and room for more if needed. Jeremy was quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to returning next year.
