Cozy home in a fabulous location in sunny Elkhorn! Access to skiing, hiking, biking and includes seasonal Elkhorn Association amenities: tennis, swimming, hot tub and golf. Commuter bus shuttle is across the street and will take you all over the Sun Valley area! We rented a house on the same street 3 years ago and fell in love.
In all, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three bedrooms are upstairs: two masters with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a third with two bunk beds

Stayed Feb 9, 2026Super simple and problem free stay. No issues, other than the coffee machine was smarter than me. I am sure in the right hands it can make some great coffee. No worries because they also have an old school drip maker(bring your own ground coffee). The house is well equipped, plenty of parking, and great location less than 10 min drive to downtown Ketchum.

Stayed Feb 5, 2026House was perfect for another year and accommodated 9 of us well. Oleg's welcome instructions were helpful and appreciate him getting us access passes to local hot pool which we enjoyed a few times.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024This house was wonderful. Lots of room and big yard up against the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with high end dishes and appliances. We especially enjoyed the expresso machine. The location was great with a walking/bike path right down the street. The only drawback was the sofa bed in the den. It is quite short and will only fit one short adult or two small children. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a small group of figure skating families stay at this property to train at the Sun Valley rink. The home was so very well appointed with everything we needed for the week. We loved the location, with its hillside view, spacious back yard and close proximity to beautiful walking trails and to the skating rinks. We enjoyed using the fire pit for s'mores one night & the skaters were grateful to have use of the community pool & hot tub after a long day of training. Everything in the place was clean, modern & comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and he answered questions quickly. Overall we had an amazing time and we hope to come back soon!
