Sunnyside Villa-FREE beach pass! 2 King Bedrooms, Garage, Near Marshwalk!

You really can’t beat the location! We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Only needed to drive to launch our kayaks down the street. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved being able to grill fish a couple nights and the garage access was great for storing our bikes and stuff. Easy bike ride to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. All the dining at the Marsh Walk was within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Sunnyside Villa. Aside from the house being in a great location, my friend and i felt safe while on our girls trip. This property had all the comfort of home provided and everything is so well thought out with the little things that make your stay easier, from USB ports to nightlights throughout the house. I've stayed in some nice properties, but this is the first place that felt like home and a place you could truly relax. Each evening, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard with the patio string lights. Thanks again to the hosts for a clean, comfortable, and cost friendly option!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, well stocked and cozy. Great location to restaurants, shopping, beach and Krispy Kreme- hot sign was on too!! Our host Kelly was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely use them again.

The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We loved having secure parking and easy access to nearby amenities. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The provided State Park pass was an unexpected perk and truly appreciated by our whole group.

Loved staying here! It was very clean and cozy. It was a little farther walk to the Marsh for me but there is a hudge parking lot across from the Dead Dog Saloon and it is free. We went to the beach and it was nice. I definitely recommend booking this place.

We found the home to be immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a very convenient location. All electronics and Wifi worked, which made our downtime relaxing. The owner, Kelly, proactively communicated with us, answered all of our questions, and even offered for us to check-in early, which was very helpful.We highly recommend staying at this lovely home and any home that Kelly owns and manages.

Clean and organized little duplex, close to good food and golfing. A short drive to beaches and attractions in Myrtle and Huntington. Would definitely stay again!

We were all pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of this cute and cozy villa. It is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate. It was a bit chilly for us to use the outdoor space, our stay being in March. The host was very responsive and helpful with my questions to her. The Marsh Walk is just down the road. It is minutes from Huntington Beach, which the hosts provide a pass to. There are all manner of restaurants, golf courses, and shops in the immediate area. We also took a trip to Charlestown to the Yorktown aircraft carrier museum (just under two hours away but definitely worth the trip). My only suggestion to the hosts is to check on your internet connection. We had a hard time running more than one device at a time, i.e. watching Netflix on the Roku and browsing on a Chromebook.

We loved the property and the location. Very comfortable and felt like home away from home.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We had plenty of room for a party of four. Everything was tidy, and a plethora of kitchen tools were provided. Kelly responded quickly to any questions, and she provided a notebook of local info, as well as a pass to beautiful Huntington Beach. Highly recommend!

This was a spotlessly beautiful property that looked exactly as depicted in the pictures. The proximity to the Marshwalk, Brookgreen Gardens, golf, and other points of interest made it perfect for a short get-a-way. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Even with some issues with AC the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of until the issue was resolved. Can’t say enough about their responsiveness and willingness to help! House was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely book again when we are back in the area.

Kelly has a wonderful place in a great location. We enjoyed being so close to restaurants. It is a great place to relax. Everything was very clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again!
