IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.



Pet Policy: Up to one friendly and well-behaved dog 50 LBS or less will be considered with a $30/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit household pet information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

    Beautiful home with everything you need and more. The boat dock/ seawall was perfect for our 24 ft boat, and the house itself is spotless, stylish, and so comfortable. Peaceful location but close to restaurants and shops. We didn’t want to leave — can’t wait to come back!

    House and property are great the constant reminder about trash washer dock water etc.everything you do anything you touch will cost 100 dollars. It was a bit over the top text messages emails and signs in the home all stating how you will be fined a min of 100 dollars for anything out of place just seemed like you are not invited but an inconvenience and you should hurry your stay and not make any mistakes as you will be fined. I hope the bad experiences they have had in the past will pass and they can have faith in people again. I normally understand and empathize in the situation but it was a bit in your face.

    Great location, close to everything. The house was clean and had everything a family of 6 would need. Great docking for our 28ft boat and the deep freezer was a plus.

    My husband and dog stayed here. They were nice enough to increase the size limit of my dog (65 pounds). We brought our boat and had plenty of room on the dock and for truck and trailer parking. The live bait boat even came down the canal. The location and view is beautiful. I caught my first nurse shark off of the dock. The rocks are a little hard on the paws (and human feet). This is a hurricane proof house which means there are 18 concrete stairs....you definately get a work out and you don't want to forget anything. The only complaint would be the inconsistant water temperature with the kitchen sink & the shower. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the fact they made an exception for my dog. Communication was great. I would highly recommend this place.

    This property was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Very nice master shower. The location was great and was a short ride to the canal. There is a boat ramp down the road that’s 25 in and 25 out. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

    We were thrilled to arrive and find a lovely rental...the water way is spectacular with easy boating access to the gulf. Our first day we saw sea turtles and manatee, plus parrot fish at the dock...Home is well laid out and has all the necessities needed to cook. Plenty of sleeping space with clean linens and towels...Home was spotless upon arrival. We rented kayaks...if you plan to go to beach, bring your own beach chairs...They give starter supplies, but you will need laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets. Beds were comfy...nicely decorated...thank you for a wonderful week, we will be returning!

    The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location and very quite neighborhood. We towed a 26 twin vee and had just enough room to park in the driveway without the truck hooked up. Dock space was very nice as well. I would definitely book this house again as long as we don't want a pool.

    Sunny’s Paradise is a top notch property. The owners have taken great pride in finishing and furnishing the interior. We had a great time, we rented a boat and fished the Gulf and Atlantic sides. The location is great for land attractions too and is within walking distance of US 1 where you’ll find the best Cuban coffee at LJ’s and a Walgreens for those items you forgot at home.

    Great property!! This house was cleaner than some high end resorts. Wonderful location and all the amenities. We brought our boat and had more than enough room, the bait freezer was a huge bonus. Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended:)
