Sunny Waterfront Family Friendly Little Sebago Home

Our group of six adults had a fantastic stay here. The house is lovely, with plenty of space and unbeatable lake views. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been traveling up to the Maine and New Hampshire lake regions for 13 years, and this wonderful lake home on Little Sebago Lake was voted by my kids and grandkids (and my husband and me) as the Best Vacation House Ever! It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with everything from kitchen supplies to linens and towels to kayaks, everything you would need for a very stress-free vacation on the lake. Eva, our host, was so helpful and welcoming and she responded very quickly whenever I had a question. The house had plenty of space for a big family and the dock area and diving platform were great for swimming, fishing, and just relaxing and enjoying the view. A fantastic week in a beautiful home!

This was an excellent home for our multi generational vacation. It had something for everyone. Really enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing, board games and the sunsets. The place was clean and clearly well cared for. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Kids had blast on the lake, jumping off the dock and tubing. House had plenty of room for all 8 adults and 8 kids. House was clean and had everything you would need. Our family had a great time! Host was very attentive and quick to respond.

This delightful lake view home was just as pictured and imagined. Our family of 15 ages 7 months to 72 years had the best time making memories on Little Lake Sebago. Cooking and eating together, sitting on the dock, paddling around with the kayaks, canoe and paddle board AND several evenings around the firepit or living room stove were highlights. A few excursions to Portland and drives around the lake rounded out our 8 day adventure in Maine.

A beautiful house on the lake. Rooms are spacious. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. Views from almost every room. Location is fantastic. The town of North Windham has anything you’d want for your stay. Portland Jetport is 30 minutes away. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend this property!

The house was beautiful! Lake was great! Close to Portland and all that has to offer. All the kids loved it…especially all the toys and books in the kids bunk room. Wonderful experience all around!

What a lovely home in an excellent location! We were in and on the lake multiple times a day, enjoyed nearby restaurants and the convenience of stores, had a day trip into Portland, and found plenty to do in the house when it rained. Our group had 8 adults (4 couples) and 2 active kids (11 and 13). The oldest couple greatly appreciated the main floor bedroom with ensuite bath, as well as the ramp leading down to the lakeshore. We all had plenty of space to prepare meals and eat together, lounge on the deck, gather around the fire, and play games. We had people travel in from Washington, Florida, New York, and Vermont, and really can't imagine a setting that could have been better for our reunion. Communication with the host couldn't have been better; we had no open questions and she was extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Eva!

Successful family gathering! House was well located on a terrific lake and well set up for our family of 6 chefs (plus baby)

We had three families and had plenty of room for kids and adults to hang out separately or all together. Bright kitchen and large dining room and the great deck overlooking the lake. The dock was large enough for 6 adults to sit in the chairs and it was in a quiet part of the lake so easy kayaking, swimming safely and watching the wildlife (even some eagles). It was close to stores but far enough to feel the serenity of the lake. Although the ramp zig zag the backyard, you could easily walk around it or use it as a stable walkway. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Loved the dock. Spent so much time in the lake. Enough beds and baths for our use. Great common area. Did 2 of the large puzzles kept there. Rented 22' pontoon boat and docking system was adequate. Loved hearing the loons! Ate at Yolked, which was fantastic. Near grocery stores and retail shops. Nice quiet street. Would do again!

This house is in an awesome location and was the perfect size for an extended family stay. Eva and Keith couldn’t have been more accommodating. Little sebago is also a really cool lake with plenty to do. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

We had 9 family members staying at the house and we all had plenty of space to gather or be on our own. The house is wonderful and the spot on the lake is so peaceful with wonderful views. The house is equipped with everything we needed, both inside and outside. We took advantage of all that the property offered - the fully equipped kitchen, the kayaks, the lake for swimming, the barbeque grill for easy meal prep, etc. Eva was very responsive when we had questions, which wasn't often as everything was explained so well. We would love to rent again!
