Sunny & Spacious North Boulder Home

We had a wonderful family gathering here for Thanksgiving. The house is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms. Great location, too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and very close to the trails. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. Our family especially enjoyed all the games available in the house. The check-in and check-out process was one of the most seamless experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The house is great and is exactly as advertised. It was spotless. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Communication with the host was perfect -- just enough, not too much. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the home itself is lovely and spacious, and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet and close to hiking. A five-minute drive to coffee, restaurants, etc. We just had a great experience and couldn't have asked for anything more.

This home was everything we needed for our large family for my son’s Boulder wedding! The space is beautifully decorated, comfortable inside and outdoors on the deck- and had all the extra touches! I would like to go back and rent the home again! The host was accommodating- and we even extended a day.

House was fantastic BUT saying it has A/C is a bit of a misrepresentation. There’s no central air only 1 small unit to cool the entire living, dining and kitchen area (which never really cooled) and another unit in only 1 bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms and basement have no A/C. Boulder in July in the 90’s with no central A/C wasn’t great but besides that the house is lovely. It was clean, well stocked, and centrally located.

I relaxed the minute we walked into this house. It is beautifully decorated, better equiped then our own home. The beds are comfortable and probably new, I think the sheets were ironed. From the second we booked, the host, Connie, did what she could to make out stay equal to a 5 star hotel. That's what it felt like. The location was fun, near hiking paths and interesting homes. Stores nearby. A friend once told me: if the host is warm and welcoming, the house will be warm and welcoming. This is the best VRBO I have rented.

Bright and sunny great room space and magnificent deck for taking in the fall colors over morning coffee. Close to Pearl Street restaurants, shops and bars. Host was quick to respond to requests/questions and was most accommodating.

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back to this tranquil oasis! The house was so peaceful, organized clean. It was a perfect location and we hope to return!

This home is ideal for larger families, especially if there is a desire for some separation and privacy. The family room area and open kitchen is spacious and comfortable. We were staying for a wedding, so the large master closet and bathroom was fabulous for getting ready. Easy drive to all that beautiful Boulder has to offer. Connie was a great host - very responsive and helpful!

This property is perfect for a large or extended family. It is well-equipped with everything you need, including all kitchen tools, extra towels, blankets etc. The check in process was easy and the host was flexible and communicative. A couple of things that would have been good to know ahead of time is that the ceiling of the mid floor bedroom is very creaky when people are staying in the primary (there is a sound machine provided- very thoughtful) and it was helpful to have our own travel blackout curtains. This is a wonderful property that makes for a great time in Boulder!
