Sunny Side beach house 2 blocks from the ocean.

The area was a little iffy looking. The house was good. Area not noisy, it was mostly quiet. Close to everything.

Erica is a great host! We were here for only two days for our grandbabies birthday parties in Jacksonville. Such a cute and comfortable home. Thank you so much!

Loved to property & location. We live in another Beach location in Gulf Shires, AL but wanted to go boating and take our small dog to a dog friendly beach. This place was perfect for what we wanted. The property was well stocked and exceeded our expectations.

A short walking distance to the beach is what we were looking for! We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise each morning on the beach as we drank our coffee. The duplex is beautifully decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable… just what we needed for a week’s stay. Thanks

This stay was fantastic! Everything was clean and nice at check in, they respond quickly, and the property is just perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and an easy walk to the beach! Was impressed with the appliances quality as well. Check out was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced, which alleviated any stress when leaving. Highly recommend this stay!

The house was great! Perfect little place to stay close to the beach (just a few minute walk). It is also very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, fully stoced kitchen (plates, cups, pots/pans, utensils), had a coffee bar with coffee, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, toys. The neighborhood was safe. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

We had such an awesome time! Sunny Side beach house was very cozy, clean, well-decorated, and super-relaxing. It has so many nice accommodations/amenities. We also enjoyed how it was close to the beach and quality restaurants. What a gem!

This was a beautiful place to stay and had everything we needed and more!! They provided lg bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and much much more!! Made it so nice to not have to pack all the extras like that!! We spent a lot of time on the beach as it was a short 2 block walk. They provided a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler literally everything you can think of!! Definitely a 5 star place with great owners to deal with!! You will love this place!!!

Great stay at a lovely property

The host was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Along with a full kitchen, we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Shopping center, restaurants, as well as the beach were all within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back!

We had a great time at Jax Beach. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for all of us to kick back after being at the beach all day!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.

We loved it!! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. our host was so helpful and nice and handled any issues quickly. We will definitely be back next year

We had a great time at Sunny Side Beach House! Hosts Mark and Erica were fantastic. Many unexpected amenities like beach umbrellas, beach wagon, lovely back patio, smart tv’s, computer station, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

What a peaceful place to stay, within a short couple of blocks away from the beach! Check in was easy, host were lively and very communicative with anything we or they needed. Home was clean, comforting, had amenities that where a great comfort to our stay (bikes, beach gear, coffee machine, etc.), and great water pressure.Sunny Side beach house is a great find, with great host, and my family and I look forward to staying again. My husband, friend and I stayed several nights at this lovely home located only a few blocks from the beach. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very kind and helpful. Entry in and out of the home was easy and very efficient...no keys to keep track of.The home was exactly as described and we found all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The home was immaculate and so very cozy. We loved sitting out on the back porch with the comfortable porch seating and beautiful lights while enjoying a glass of wine.The short walk to the beach was safe and easy and lead us directly to a boardwalk for direct beach access. We also appreciated being within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and a coffee shop.If my travels take me back to the Jacksonville beach area, I would love to stay at this lovely home again.Oh...by the way....the beds were very comfortable!

We all enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice cozy place for the four of us. The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. I would come back here again!

We’re a little hesitant to write this review as

What a wonderful property. From the moment we walked in it was clear that the owners cared about your stay. The place was spotless, well lit, and decorated to welcome. The main floor has a wonderful open floor plan with a nice fully supplied kitchen and large TV and comfortable seating. Games in the cabinet too. The little patio with Edison lights out of the back was such a nice hang out spot for a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning. There was an available hose for sandy beach feet and plenty of towels available. The bedrooms upstairs were roomy and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Beds in VRBO’s are often the one thing that lacks but these beds were great! One bathroom upstairs with doors to both bedrooms was perfect and let me tell you - that shower! Wonderful water pressure with plenty of temperature adjustments. I want that shower at home. The 1/2 bath downstairs was so handy. The best part of this property may be the beach access. We walked down to the beach (2 blocks) every morning with our dog. Huge wide clean beach with lots of shells. Dogs are only allowed October through March so make sure you plan for that if you want to take your dog to the beach. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Very attentive to all our needs and it is clear they truly care about their guests. They have a book of local suggestions - I really appreciate when owners share their local hotspots. Will definitely stay again!

Family wedding in Ponte Vedra. Looked for a local vacation place to stay. Found this gem. Met the proprietor immediately and struck up a conversation. Showed me where everything is. Comfortable beds, plenty of water pressure in the shower. Just a block from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely worth it. Will be back! Thank you for everything
