The fully equipped kitchen makes holiday cooking a breeze, complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Whether you're preparing a big family breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home, everything you need is at your fingertips.

Sunny Shores is thoughtfully set up for families, with children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, a bathtub for easy evening winddowns and extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a washing machine, drying rack, and iron, making longer stays simple and stress-free.

The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants in the surrounding area, so we rent only to mature guests who will respect our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

It is a quintessential seaside home where you can enjoy your holiday and unwind. This home sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.
