The house comprises of 2 large living spaces, split over 2 levels with large flat screen TVs complemented with free WIFI, Netflix and PS4 to entertain all. With 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each level plus an extra powder room and a kitchenette on the ground floor, the house is designed to accommodate 2 large families and more. Enjoy the large backyard swing and the outdoor hot and cold water shower after a long day at the beach. With fully equipped kitchen and laundry. This house will satisfy all.

Please be aware that this is a holiday beach house, It is acceptable to see some sand and some cobwebs in and around the houses in this area as this is normal for the Mornington Peninsula area. Also being across the road from the beach, and the house being occasionally occupied by guests, the windows will occasionally have some sea spray and cobwebs on them.

Very straight forwards process. Pleasant stay and great location. However , it’s on the main road , therefore getting across over the main road to the beach can be a challenge with young kids .
