We have a property manager suite which may have our property manager there.. Separate from main house and not visible.

Unfortunately, we ended up leaving shortly after our arrival. First issue was that there was no key to lock up the house. I was told just leave it open you're fine. Second issue was that the tennis court was unusable. There were ant hills and broken glass. The house had clearly not been cleaned prior to arrival. Surfaces and floors were sticky. We also found mice running through the 1/2 bath by the kitchen. We notified the owner who offered to lay traps. When they arrived the gentleman that was there swore at us. We didn't feel safe in this house. The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of the house. It is need of a lot of repairs. It was set up like a frat house.

Such an amazing stay - the swimming pool, the tennis court , the proximity to Sag Harbor and the beach…this is my favorite house in the hamptons . The house has a lot of space - 5 bedrooms and extra beds - which is perfect to welcome big families or group of friends.Leslie was the nicest - super communicative and accommodating. I will definitely come back in Leslie beautiful house
