Sunny Home w/ Golf Cart in The Villages!

This was a fantastic stay for us. The host was welcoming and very responsive to communication. The house was in a great location, exceptionally clean and was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen was wonderful and besides having plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans there were plenty of spices and condiments. Our stay was wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful home and great location! Paul and Rebecca are fantastic owners and very responsive. We had everything we needed and the golf cart was an extra perk. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in The Villages and will definitely be back.

We rented this home for our 6 adult kids while the 8 grandchildren stayed with us. We live across the street so convenient was an understatement! Beautiful home with all the amenities!It is exactly as described with everything you need in a vacation rental.

Very updated, clean place, with all new furnishings, has everything we needed. Everything worked well for us and good shower pressure.

The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Paul was very responsive. It was nice to have a golf cart to explore The Villages.

Our group was four females who have been friends since first grade, who graduated together in 1973 in small town Michigan. Three turned 70 in December, within a week of each other, and one will be 70 in June. We came to The Villages to celebrate our long time friendship, though one is from New York so we seldom see her. My sister lives in The Villages, so that allowed me to see her as well. We had a great time and this home was amazing!!! Would highly recommend staying here. Well stocked, clean and quiet. We found everyone in The Villages to be friendly.

This home was 5 stars. The description was completely accurate and the location was perfect. The property manager was great to deal with and had our guess passes waiting for us for pickup. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was veru nice. The only thing was that we could not reserve a teetime untill between 5 and 6 pm becaus of high season. But thanks anyway

Six adults stayed here and it was very comfortable. The home is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The lanai was wonderful. Great location too. Winifred pool was just a min away where we played bocce and shuffleboard too. Equip is at the pool area A quick 10 min golf cart ride to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter square. Arnold Palmer Country club for drinks and apps outside a must. Owner was very responsive. We hope to stay again later this summer.

Spent a few days visiting family in the villages. Great location near Sumter Landing. Very clean and relaxing home.
