Sunny Family Home Near the Beach with Outdoor Shower, WiFi & Washer/Dryer

Great communication leading up to a great stay. Beautiful home and perfect for the group we brought down this Fall.

Beautiful, clean, comfy home . Very easy beach access. Love the downstairs swing and the screened in porch . Beds were great . We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home and Id highly recommend it .

The place was perfect. Clean and a very short walk to the beach. The thermostat randomly changing to 75 was a little annoying for someone who likes to keep it about 70-72, but that's minor.

Quiet, peaceful and very close to the beach!

We loved staying here! It was just the right size for my husband, me, and our 5 year old. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pond and marsh were a very nice bonus - lots of turtles and birds. The area is very quiet but only a few minute walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and buckets/shovels in the storage closet, and having access to the community pool was great. The second bedroom is very small (perfectly fine for a child!) with no windows, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight because it is very dark at night. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Great street very quiet. The house was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. My only concern was the railing upstairs in the house it is very short and made me nervous that it would be easy to fall over for someone who might be unstable. Outside of that it was very charming and I'm thankful the owner allow people to rent it.

The saggy mattress made for less than optimal sleep.

Holden Beach never disappoints and neither did this house!! Great location and close beach access, super clean, and spacious for our family of seven! Enjoyed screen porch sitting, cooking family meals, and endless games at the kitchen table !!

Location was great. Home was very clean upon checkin. But we had some issues with the WiFi, a TV, ice maker and we reported all is them to guest services but received no resolution during our entire stay other than it had been reported to the local team. It was a good value house for the $ but the service we received while we were there, was not great.

The home was comfortable for a party of 8, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The landscaping on the exterior the home in particular was a high point! Screened in porch prevents bugs, and is a nice space to wait out summer storms. Would not hesitate to return.

Everything worked perfectly. This is a very comfortable place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was like home away from home. We loved the location and the extra amenities that came with the rental like the umbrella, beach wagon, and chairs. I would recommend this place to any couple or a couple with one small child.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at wave dancer! I’m sure we will be back as soon as we can. The porch was great and was a great distance to the beach we would recommend to anyone!
