Stayed Jul 22, 2023I hat a great property! Very clean, good sized house. Perfect spot for kids upstairs and adults downstairs with lots of common area. Stayed Sep 15, 2022We stayed at the house for 3 nights for a wedding. The house was clean and comfortable. We were busy the whole time so we didn’t use the kitchen or the grill. The house is in a great location. Near town and a short walk to the beach. We didn’t need to contact the host but did hear from Sarah during our stay. Just a quick check in to make sure all was going well. I really appreciated that. Before arriving I received all the info needed for our stay. Check in info, house info, things to do in Falmouth. It was all very helpful. I would definitely rent this property for another stay in Falmouth.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This is the perfect location for walking to the beach and the ferry to Martha's Vinyard. The house was set up perfect for 3 separate couples. And our grandson had plenty of room inside and great yard outside to play. The house had everything needed for child at the beach and beach chairs for the adults. Great place very comfortable!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021We had a great week. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Close to everything. Owners leave a list of things to do, places to go and good restaurants. Check in and out easy. Air conditioning made it comfortable to sleep. Thanks Sarah and Mike for a great vacation.
