Stayed May 7, 2026It is an overall good house. The decor is a bit dated, but it can comfortably house 10 people pretty easily. All the appliances we used (coffee maker) worked as it should and the house rules instructions were clear. Only thing is that there should be an overabundance of towels and spare towels in each of the bathrooms. It was hard to find them. We had a light bulb go out, and they promptly fixed it. If you are a morning or evening walker, the neighborhood is very quiet (watch out for raised sidewalks is the only admonishment). It is about 15-20 minutes from the Lincoln downtown and the UNL campus so it is a good location in general. I would stay at this house again.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025Very easy to access and perfect for our needs. We brought several family up for a graduation and it accommodated us all. Not a criticism but just a note… yes the decor is a bit aged but it was clean and very nice. I had not considered that I should take stairs into consideration for my 83 yr old MIL who found the split entry a challenge.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We stayed here for a family wedding outside of Omaha. The neighborhood is nice and everyone had ample room. The house is a little older and could use a bit of fixing up. This was accurately reflected in the photos for the most part. However, for the time we were there and the price, it fit the bill. Host was great and very responsive!

Stayed Mar 3, 2025I had to prompt the owner to send me check in details. Very unprofessional. The house was spacious and in the right neighborhood for us but the good stopped there. The carpet was worn and dirty. Cupboards were not well stocked. They promoted they had a Keurig but there were no pods to make coffee. The instructions were sparse but the Wi-Fi did work well. The toilet was poor and kept running after flushing. All the woodwork and cabinets were very dated and worn. There was a towel rod broken off in the wall in the bathroom and a leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. This house is not ready to be rented until they update and stock appropriately.
